CAUSES OF STRESS
There are many different
factors that can cause stress. Some common causes of stress include:

stress.

Change: Major life changes,
such as moving to a new city, starting a new job, or getting married, can be
stressful.
Trauma: Traumatic events,
such as a natural disaster, accident, or the loss of a loved one, can cause
stress.
There are also many other factors that can contribute to stress, including a lack of support, unrealistic expectations, and an unhealthy work-life balance.
